Kim Fieldingkims image
Fielding film and photographic practice covers a plethora of themes due to his unquenchable thirst for new subjects to capture through the lens. Yet whether its the decadence of a fairground at night, the eroticism of a writhing torso or the humour of a rude novelty toy each subject appears to be the embodiment of facets of the darker side of the human psyche. He originally set up tactileBOSCH in 2000 with Performance artist Simon Mitchell.

Lydia Niziblian – Silversaurus
Jewellery designer/maker

I believe jewellery should have a story, and if it’s your own, personal story, then even better.  A large proportion of my work is commissions.  Designing jewellery that has meaning to people is an incredibly satisfying process.  I make a wide range of pieces, from alternative engagement rings, to memorial jewellery.
My inspiration includes symbology, codes, secret messages, science fiction, alternative culture and archaeology. I predominantly work in silver, although experimenting with materials is a large part of my creative development. Pieces I’ve made have included wood, gold, precious stones, bronze, copper, sea glass, human hair and blood.  I’m at my happiest when I’m soldering with the stereo on loud.

Lucy Baker is a Cardiff based visual artist located in TactileBosch studios specialising in painting, drawing and photography. Her work emanates from a passion of outdoor environments and self immersion within nature. It instigates the viewer to question the elements of an environment, contextually transporting them from a scene of subliminal nature and contemplation to a harsher, organic physicality which is as much wild as it is sheltering.

Richard Higlett
Multi disipinary artist
www.richardhiglett.com

Higlett’s work involves bring meaning and value to practices that maybe considered acts of folly. This involvesViva Art Viva Wally French Installation view 2010 the creation of works in many mediums including sound and literature. A strand of his practice looks at work that is non-visual, as opposed to invisible, which involves making sculptural objects that do not demand to be directly observed and may be witnessed by only a small number of people. This idea informs recent pieces that look at actions in life which we may view as incidental and yet still being intrinsically creative.
